How do credits work?
Every plan includes a fixed pool of credits each month. Generating a standard image uses 20 credits, and editing tools use a small amount each. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both Pro and Max start with a 7-day free trial. We do not charge you until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then to avoid any charge. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. img.now never sees or stores your full card number.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing works out to roughly two months free. Pro is $149.99 per year (about $12.50/month) and Max is $289.99 per year (about $24.17/month), versus $14.99 and $29.99 paying monthly. Cancel anytime.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account. Changes take effect at your next billing date, and cancelling stops all future charges.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can keep using anything that does not require generation, and your credits refill at the start of your next billing period. If you regularly need more, upgrading from Pro to Max gives you a larger monthly pool.
Do free images have a watermark?
Yes. Images made on the Free plan carry a small img.now watermark. Pro and Max remove it from every image.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Everything you create is released under CC0, so commercial use is allowed with no attribution required, on every plan.
