Responsible image generation

We want img.now to be useful for creative, educational, and professional work, and safe for everyone.

Responsible use

img.now is built for honest, creative work. We ask everyone to use it in ways that respect other people, their likeness, and their rights. The AI image safety guide covers practical do and do not examples.

No adult content

img.now does not allow adult or sexually explicit images. Prompts that ask for nudity or sexual content are declined for every user, on every plan.

Other content limits

We also block prompts that aim to create illegal content, any sexual content involving minors, identity misuse or impersonation, graphic harm, instructions for wrongdoing, or private personal data images. When a prompt is blocked, you will see a calm message asking you to try a safer prompt.

Misuse prevention

We use prompt screening and rate limits to reduce abuse. We continue to improve these checks, and we may decline requests that put people at risk even if they slip past an automated filter.

How to report a problem

If you see content or behavior that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can share. We review reports and take action quickly.

A quick reminder

Avoid creating images of real people without consent, and never use AI images to deceive, harass, or impersonate.
