Blurry or low-quality results

Add detail cues like 'sharp focus, highly detailed' to your prompt, choose the High or Ultra quality tier, or run the finished image through the Enhancer and Upscaler. For photos, lens words such as '85mm, shallow depth of field' help a lot.

The image ignored my prompt

Models can struggle with long or conflicting prompts, small readable text, exact object counts and hands. Break the prompt into clear parts, drop conflicting styles, and use the negative prompt to remove unwanted elements. A quick re-generate often lands it.

Slow generations or downloads

Free generations are queued behind paid members and take at least 40 seconds; upgrading to Pro or Max gives priority and much faster results. If a download opens in a new tab instead of saving, try again - img.now downloads the file directly to your device.

Worked fix: a soft portrait

A portrait came out a little soft. First, regenerate at High or Ultra quality for a cleaner base. If it is still not sharp enough for print, run the result through Enhance to lift clarity, then Upscale to 2x or 4x. That sequence - Better tier, enhance, upscale - Solves the large majority of softness complaints.

Why two runs look different

Generating the same prompt twice gives two different images on purpose - The model starts from fresh random noise each time, which is why you can ask for several options and pick the best. If you find a result you love, download it straight away, since an identical re-run is not guaranteed.
